The K3 series three-combination mobile crushing plant is a series of rock and construction waste crushing equipment developed and launched by our company, which greatly expands the conceptual field of coarse and fine crushing operations. Its design concept is to stand in the position of the customer, the elimination of crushing site, environment, complex infrastructure configuration and complex materials to bring the customer crushing operation obstacles, as the primary solution. According to the needs of different customers to flexibly configure the proposal, and the optimal combination of feeding, crushing and screening, self-loading includes conveying and screening, to a greater extent to meet the individual needs of the customer site.
The mobile three-in-one combination crushing is designed to meet the requirements of small, distributed construction sites and is easy to operate. It can be operated as a stand-alone unit or as a two-stage crushing plant with primary and secondary crushing or as a three-stage crushing plant with primary, secondary and tertiary crushing, depending on the requirements of different customers,providing a high degree of flexibility.
The overall processing capacity of the three combinations is 80-200tph.

1. The mobile three combination crush plant is equipped with grate feeder, double-channel hopper, side outlet belt conveyor, which is convenient for customers to remove soil according to their material characteristics.
2. The Wheel-mounted jaw mobile crusher hopper volume of 6.5M³, wider feed baffle up to 8M³, can be adjusted to feed the speed of feeding, feeding storage capacity, feeding uniformity and flexibility.
3. The feeder, LF large-diameter impact crusher and vibrating screen are self-contained and can work independently, or can be matched with coarse crushing equipment or screening equipment to form a crusher plant.
4. It can not only crush raw stone from mines, but also process construction waste, which is widely used.
5. This mobile crushing plant is equipped with boots, which are stowed away when shipping and transferring. After the site is levelled and the station is laid out, the electro-hydraulic outriggers are extended, and without the need for human handling to connect the support base, it can be automatically and quickly grounded in position and enter into the operation mode; and it is also equipped with fast gather and transferring.
6. Vehicle-mounted belt conveyors, which can be paired with operations to minimize on-site installation work and facilitate site changes.
7. The mobile crusher can be transported as a whole, or dismantled and loaded into a container for transport, delivery and transport is convenient;
8. The operation site only needs the road surface to be levelled and compacted to achieve the operating conditions, without the need for cement foundation levelling and hardening, reducing the cost of foundation construction.
