Portable four-in-one wheel type Stone Crusher Plant 

The project started in 2023, when the enquiry came the customer mentioned that they need a complete crushing line. The price of a complete crushing plant with a capacity of 80t/h. Through communication, we learnt that the customer already has a 20t/h crushing line and has two mines that want to crush granite. As the customer wants to put into production immediately, considering the customer's needs, we recommend our new technology mobile crushing plant, our 4 in 1 portable crushing plant has a capacity of 30-120t/h tons/hour. As the customer is investing in a mobile crusher for the first time and wants to expand production, we offer a mobile 4 in 1 crushing plant with a capacity of 50-80t/h. The customer was very satisfied after seeing it. The crushing plant is designed to help our customers achieve high productivity, fast production and low investment, so we reached a consensus and successfully closed the deal.

As the name suggests, the 4-in-1 is a multi-purpose plant from feeder, to primary crushing, to secondary crushing, to screening. The main challenge lies in the delivery time, the sooner the mining crushing plant is put into operation, the sooner our customers can gain profit.

After two months of production, transportation, installation, commissioning and trial operation, the capacity of the production line has reached 80t/h. At present, the equipment is running stably and well.
