A Lightning Deal Story with an African Client

In March 2024, the customer saw our advertisement on the internet and then contacted us, after the communication between both parties, 32 then the customer paid the advance payment, and finally the order was successfully completed, and the total amount of the transaction reached 346,000 dollars.

It took only 32 days from seeing the ad to prepaying, and that's fast enough to justify everything.

China and Africa are thousands of miles apart, and the customer and us have never actually met, so why did both parties quickly complete the order just through online video?

Professional solutions

From the first contact to the finalization of the solution, there have been a total of 3 sets of solutions replaced. The customer needed a 200tph mobile crushing plant at the beginning, then a 400tph fixed crushing plant, and finally chose a set of 200tph portable crushing plant. For each set of solution, we provided detailed drawings and quotations, the both sides gradually built up trust in the many communications , and the customer also felt our professionalism.

No matter how perfect the solution is, if the quality and price do not meet the customer's needs, it is impossible for both parties to close the deal. The customer got quotations from 4 suppliers in total, why did he finally choose us? Maybe after visiting our machines on site, they think the quality of our machines is trustworthy, maybe comparing with other suppliers, our price is really advantageous, after one visit and comparison, we were finally selected by the customer.

Sincere and timely services

From the beginning of the contact between the two sides to the final installation of the machine, the two sides held a number of online video conferences to communicate the details of the project and provide installation guidance, two of which did not end until 24:00 p.m. China time. Allen, the salesman in charge of receiving the customer, said in the company's business sharing meeting: the success of this order, excluding the factors of the product, a number of timely video communication for the customer to solve many difficult problems is an indispensable reason.

A chance encounter is not the end of the road; close interaction leads to more lasting cooperation. In June, the customer came to China to inspect the supplier and visited our factory. In July, our team went on a business trip to Africa and visited the client.
