On the last day of February 2024, we welcomed customers from Venezuela to visit our factory.
This customer comes from a mining city in Venezuela. The main products of his mine are mica and beryllium ore. At the end of 2023, he had communicated with our sales manager about his crushing and screening production line. Our excellent solutions and cost-effective products, and rich professional knowledge and strong working ability are left a deep impression on customers. After customer’s compare, he chose our factory and plans to come to our factory for an on-site inspection, after the Chinese New Year in 2024, when the client learned that we had returned to work, he immediately prepared a visa and braved the cold winter to start his visit.
We took customer visit our workshop and exhibition hall, introduced our production system and quality control system, from the start of steel plate cutting until the product test before delivery, each process has strict standards, customers have fully affirmed our company's R&D capabilities, production capabilities, and management capabilities, he has more confidence on our product quality.
In the conference room, accompanied by engineers, our sales manager introduced our company's development history, technical advantages and after-sales services to customers in detail, solving all customers' concerns. the customer confirmed the final design and finalized contract with us.
Sales are not the end of service but the starting point. Customer visits enable us to learn more about market needs. We will further improve our product quality and service levels to meet the needs of more customers. We also welcome more international customers to visit our factory for inspection and cooperation.
